Enjoyed your podcast, very informative. I have always wondered what the cost was. I do not find the cost excessive to hire a professional, I know how many times well-meaning friends have tried to help me and it doesn't work. Unfortunately I live on a very fixed, very limited income and can't afford (nor do I think there are) a professional here in Northern Idaho.Wish I knew you when I lived in San Francisco!
